When should I sell my property?

At Nation One Realty we work with motivated Sellers. We believe the time to sell your property is when you are motivated to sell it. Do you need to move on to another aspect in life? How do I get my property ready to sell?

Although the property may need repairs and/or improvements, here are a few things you could do for little to no cost:

Remove clutter  i.e. out of rooms and basement areas

Clean out landscaping debris i.e. weeds and any loose trash around the property.

What if my property needs repairs or improvements that I'm not going to make? Can I still sell it?

Yes!

There are some websites that tell property owners what their property is worth. Should I sell my property at the price they say?

Not necessarily. Most of those websites use an "Automated Valuation Model" (AVM) to provide a property valuation. Unfortunately, their valuations do not always include the many property and neighborhood factors that determine a more accurate selling price of a property. This is why Nation One Realty utilizes resources to complete a "Comparative Market Analysis" (CMA) for your property.

We seek out opportunities to increase the availability of affordable housing so that homeownership can be a possibility for everyone. Affordable housing is powerful because it creates homeownership opportunities for people who may have thought it was out of reach for them.
